The 1707 elections resulted in a very slim majority for the [[Sanamati Democratic Party]] in the House of People's Delegates, and the appointment of Malliki Orea as Qukalsim. With a majority of only six seats, party unity would become vital to their ability to govern effectively. The new Agrarian League, with a voter base in mainly rural areas, finished second but because of the new first-past-the-post electoral system, only got 97 seats. The remaining center-right opposition only managed to win 85 constituencies, with the former power party UNA underperforming. The splinter party the Communities Movement, formed by communalist dissidents from the SDP, only managed to win a handful of seats, becoming marginalised following their fall from power. The election results in the people's republics resulted in the SDP gaining a one-seat majority in the House of People's Republics after strong showings in the metro areas, Pixa Teta, Semisa, Semisa City and Soli.

The 1707 elections resulted in a very slim majority for the Sanamati Democratic Party in the House of People's Delegates, and the appointment of Malliki Orea as Qukalsim. With a majority of only six seats, party unity would become vital to their ability to govern effectively. The new Agrarian League, with a voter base in mainly rural areas, finished second but because of the new first-past-the-post electoral system, only got 97 seats. The remaining center-right opposition only managed to win 85 constituencies, with the former power party UNA underperforming. The splinter party the Communities Movement, formed by communalist dissidents from the SDP, only managed to win a handful of seats, becoming marginalised following their fall from power. The election results in the people's republics resulted in the SDP gaining a one-seat majority in the House of People's Republics after strong showings in the metro areas, Pixa Teta, Semisa, Semisa City and Soli.
