Mayor of the Province of Niyi before election

Position established

Elected Mayor of the Province of Niyi

John K. Tosha
Sanaman Liberation Front

The Niyi provincial election, 1683 was the second election for the Senate. After the election the Sanaman Liberation Front and the Coalition 1660 stayed in government, inviting the Partito Popolare Cisamarrese to the coalition due to the elimination of the Sanaman Communist Party because of the four percent threshold.

Senate seat distribution

Following the election, the legislature selected senators as follows:

Party Senators
Sanaman Liberation Front 3
Coalition 1660 2
Partito Popolare Cisamarrese 1
United Nationalist Alliance 1
Sanaman National Party 1
Northern League 1

Because of the elimination of the Sanaman Communist Party from the Senate, that Senate seat went to the Partito Popolare Cisamarrese.
