Greenlandic Martians, also referred to as Pitkerners and Pitcairnese, are the inhabitants of the city of Phinéas Padolski and archopelago of Tannyeugwa Refugee Settlements. Phinéas Padolski and Tannyeugwa Refugee Settlements are part of Territory of Extraterritorial Authority of the Refugee Camp and Immigrant Settlements Area, mainly inhabited by Euronesians of Martians and Xenovians descent.
The culture held in common by most Greenlandic Martians is mainstream Tannyeugwan culture, a mixture of Caucasian and Polynesian culture derived from the traditions of the settlers who landed in -6BP. Most of the people today are descended from the HMS Bounty mutineers and refugees of Martian, Vers Empire family, Zaipinichi Peranakan, Micrasian Armenians, Manx and Qavaqaqqaqqaniitqeqertaquit descent, plus their Xenovian companions, including the few who settled afterwards. As of 2018, there are a total of 2,914 people inhabiting this settlements.
There is also a Greenlandic Martian diaspora particularly in Springwind Islands, Maritime Kachi Kochi (including Rintis Island and Cyborges) and Cyberaya. As a result from overcrowding on the island, in RP 2610 all 194 Greenlandic Martians from Tannyeugwa Refugee Settlements immigrated to Springwind Islands, Rintis Island and Cyborges aboard the Morayshire (including a baby born en route) but 16 of them returned to Phinéas Padolski on the Mary Ann in RP 2612, followed by a further four families in RP 2616.
Greenlandic Martians refugees are believed to pilot first arrived and settled in Tannyeugwa Refugee Settlements in RP 2608. In RP 2609 a provisional government rule changed the lives of the people of Vers when he lived in Tannyeugwa Refugee Settlements with defense forces. There are Greenlandic Martians who are mainly derived to work with Clunies-Ross to help plant trees and harvest the strawberries. In a same times, the Greenlandic Martians in the Tannyeugwa Refugee Settlements and Phinéas Padolski join with the Phinbellan provisional government. Since then, the Head of State has been Mat Amato Papadakis. The chairman of the Islands Council is Hajj Wahin Bynie.
