Xiangi problem
The Xiangi issue (Xiangi:បញ្ហា ស៊ាង Banhhea Saang) is a political and social conflict between the Xiangi people living in Sanpantul, very rarely in Phinbella. Xiangi people live densely in a place called "Xiangia" in the north of Sanpantul. Xiangis also live densely in metropolises. According to surveys, 57% of Xiangi people do not see themselves as equal.
Background
Xiangis first appeared in Micrasia and their culture is 2100 years old. The Xiangi people, recorded as Kampogese in the highlands of Chine, later became the founders of Kampong. The Kampong nation then came under Kataria's rule. Immigrants from Kampong led to the establishment of the first Xiangi civilization in Skerry Isles. After the collapse of Kampong and Kataria, Kampongese immigrants began to spread around Skerry. The mainland Kampongese people who remained in Kampong later took light roles in establishing Mailong and Xang Muang. Contact was lost between the Kampongese people from Skerry and the Micrasian Kampongese, and for many centuries they acquired another cultural achievement of their own. The Sanpanese people, considered descendants of the Katarians, first conceived of a project to establish their own country in the South Island. The project was later canceled due to the Ralgonese army settling on the island, later establishing the second project around their homeland of Skerry.
Meanwhile, the refugee Kampongese descendants in Skerry adapted to the conditions of the region over time, and were given the name "Xiang" by the Xino-Keltian sailors who came to the island. During later Brettish, Elwynnese and Natopian dominions they were incorporated into the Katarian population of the island, but there was no large-scale assimilation. After the independence of Sanpantul, the Xiangi people were recognized and considered an important ethnic element. Xiangis made up 20% of the Sanpanese population in the early years. As early as the 1680s, Xiangis began to see their right to self-determination over the nation as important, pushing for greater autonomy. The Sanpanese crown rejected all demands for autonomy.Later, the Xiangis formed a small guerrilla organization called the Xiangi Liberation Forces to ensure their independence. The XLF rapidly shrank as a result of the Sanpanese army operations, which increased rapidly after the Tappu Hotel suicide attack in 1681. The XLF disbanded after the murder of Khin Khim in 1688. After the Sanpanese people moved to the Beneluccas islands, they briefly populated all areas north of Kankaguro. After the 1693 earthquake in Skerry, Sanpantul disintegrated and Xiangis later had to fight other Sanpanese feudal shogunates to establish Xiangia. Later, Xiangis was ravaged by Batavian forces.
When the Beneluccas autonomous government was established, the ethnic order within the East Sandwich returned to the old. Xiangis began migrating to Phinbella and other places at this time. Later, Sanpantul was reconstituted as an autonomous unit within GAE. The Xiangis population dropped to around 6% when Sanpantul was reestablished. In the subsequent government led by the Liberal Party alone, the bans on Xiangis elements were increased again. While the Xiangis language was even a native language for a while, Xiangi literature was not even taught in schools anymore. Xiangi parties became more strictly regulated than before, and many were closed. Xiangis was later sent from Miyaji prefecture and placed between the Jito-Dateido prefecture border. In the Sanpo-Çakari War, Xiangis generally secretly supported the Green Fleet. In the subsequent reduction of Sanpantul's autonomy, Xiangis founded the armed organization called Buddha's Oaths, which was founded in 1724 in Xiangi-dominated areas. In offensive against Sanpantul, BDO captured many geological regions as a guerrilla. Investments going to the Dateido and Okaru region have decreased relatively, which has seriously reduced the cities' potential to attract investment. The later Sanpanese Royal Self-Defense Forces conducted numerous critical operations against the BDO and played a direct role in the assassination of Diong Bun. BDO was then pulled under the tunnels that allegedly existed at Satoshi. As a result of the later Xiangi assimilation policy, the population dropped to 4%.
