Controversies
Rumors were rife that the state visit was an elaborate ruse to legally and physically transfer the ill-gotten wealth of Gennady Lakshmann from Zeed to Constancia, and to discuss his transitioning out of office. As a Knight Commander of the Order of the Imperial State of Constancia (1744), he is legally a Constancian national by investiture.
Aside from the official airplane, chartered CF-380 Atlas flights of Havâpeymâye Shahrokh (Shahrokh Airlines) were utilized. As these were diplomatic flights and transporting official diplomatic bags, its contents were not scanned nor scrutinized.
