Supreme Leader of Zeed is the legal and proper way to refer to Gennady Lakshmann, President of the State of the Commonwealth of Zeed.
This was made official by a decree published on 14.XV.1743. First offenses of failure to abide required a public apology and whipping, with second and subsequent offenses resulting in hard labor and prison terms.
