Redouan van Lucerne is a politican of New Batavia. He is a leading member of the Islamic Revolutionary Party. He was thrice Grand Vizier of the Government-in-Exile and the first Grand Vizier after the restoration of the Third Republic and the Fourth Republic.

He was instrumental in the Restoration of the Third Republic and transition to the Fourth Republic. His cabinet later stressed good relations with other nations and signed several friendship treaties. Under his tenure as Grand Vizier, he oversaw the peaceful secession of Kurum Ash-Sharqia.
