Pamela Tennant is a Constancian national. Born 1665 in Aqaba. Father, Kyrill Baranov from Normark, mother, Irene Tennant, a Nouvelle Alexandrie national living in the Imperial State. Took mother's name as parents were not officially married. Triple-national accordingly.

Enlisted in the Imperial Constancian Air Force reserve in lieu of conscription into the Imperial Constancian Army, 1683.

ESB employee since 1684. Initially appointed to the ESB Rank of Clerk of the Office and assigned to the Directorate of Security. Promoted to the rank of Yposminias (Corporal) upon signature of employment contract, and then to Sminias (Sergeant) upon regularization of employment beginning first day of 1686.

Assigned to the Financial and Legal Services Directorate beginning 1687 as a paralegal on personal request of the Director of Financial and Legal Services. Promoted to ESB Rank of Observer and Yposminagos (Flying Officer) in the Imperial Constancian Air Force Reserve as part of the personal staff of the Director, and serving in his military household as Air Force liaison.

Confirmed by the State Protection Authority to have been his mistress, revealed only to the Basilinna Esmeralda al-Osman, Prince Iñigo, and Princess Rosamund after the Death of King Manco Cápac I and Basileus Giakoumis. Two children: Natalie Tennant, born 1688, and Alistair Henry Tennant, born 1691. Co-Chair representing Constancia in the Normark-Constancia Chamber of Commerce since 1703.

Appointed Deputy Minister of Molivadia on 13.I.1694, and concurrently to the Council of Molivadia, serving as Deputy Minister until 36.XV.1716. Appointed Minister of Molivadia on 1.I.1717.

Raised to the Imperial Senate on 14.I.1738. Due to her background, appointed Special Liaison to the Normark community by Mesazon Agnar Egbert Oakwood, essentially a minister-level office serving as primary point of contact with the Norse diaspora within the Imperial State of Constancia.
