The Mercury legislative elections of 1724 were held in III.1724 to elect the seventh Mercurian Parliament. Voting took place in all twenty states, each electing a number of representatives, using the Sainte-Laguë system.
Overview
President Caroline Griffiths led the Mercurian Labour Party into their first election as a single governing party.

- Mercurian Labour Party – led by incumbent President Caroline Griffiths, who had been in office since 1721.
- National Democratic Party – led by Ferran Soltero, contesting his first general election as leader.
- Conservative Party – led by Marcus Price.
Result
The incumbent Mercurian Labour Party won the election with a slightly-reduced majority, mainly due to minor National Democratic gains in Castilona.
