Maria Victoria Georgiou is younger sister of Viktoria Georgiou and alleged leader of the Free State of Constancia.

Early life

Maria was born on 10.X.1660 in Vey. Her parents were electricians locally engaged by the Euran Directorate of the Honourable Company. She has two sisters, Viktoria and Tatiana.

At the age of 6, she embarked upon the Katabasis of the Loyalists (1666-1667), joining those families evacuated by the Constancian government from Vey, prior to its destruction by orbital bombardment, on account of their continuing utility to the regime and its patrons. Following the perilous overland evacuation to the National Redoubt centred around Aqaba, she was briefly settled in the Displaced Persons Camp outside Aqaba, and later reunited with her sisters in late 1667 through the efforts of the ESB Personnel agency.

Early career

In keeping with the corporate culture of the ESB Group, their parents having endured martyrdom during the long march across the Euran continent, the sisters were placed into a studio apartment located in Illumination Circle of the Radiant Sun Plaza, and in 1668 received bursary scholarships to attend the newly Euran University within the ESB Cantonment, graduating with a degree in Euran Literature. She took a post as Assistant Librarian in the Aqaba Public Library soon thereafter.

She joined her older sister in Natopia in 1682, taking further studies at the Nathan & Elijah College in Lindström, where her older sister taught, and dabbled in the art collective "Anthesteria". She was permitted to graduate from the Nathan & Elijah College with a Master's in Art History.

She joined her elder sister in Punta Santiago in 1687, and on the abduction of Viktoria Georgiou, sought political asylum in Nouvelle Alexandrie. She was a party to an injunction on publication of her deceased elder sister's work, "Cartel Planet". Little is known or documented of her during this period.

Notoriety

Alongside the Great Vanic Revolt and Vanic Insurgency of 1706, the State Protection Authority received intelligence reports that she had been duly-elected and/or designated President Pro Tempore of the so-called Free State of Constancia, on the strength of the martyrdom of her sister, and that she had been serving as a Deputy of the so-called Assembly of the Nation since 1685.

The Free State of Constancia was also known to have allied itself with pro-Vanic groups, and is said to be operating in the The Green near Suren and Zeed.
