General Government of Azad Kelestan

The General Government, officially, the General Government of Azad Kelestan is an institution of the Imperial State of Constancia, created by Autokratorial Decree, to govern the territories placed under Imperial Constancian Armed Forces military control immediately after the implementation of Operation Red Bamboo. Andrea Metaxas, rather unsurprisingly, was appointed Governor-General, with the permanent rank of Sarlashkar (Major-General) in the Imperial Guard.

Many commented on parallels with Bjørn Hendriksson.

It was initially domiciled in Rocher de Calmar military complex, with elements (designated as Civil Affairs and Military Government officials) embedded in the Kelestan Army as part of unit staff corps. It also had satellite offices in Petropolis, Asterapolis, Nivardom, Mehrshahr, and Kara.
