The first cabinet of Daniyal al-Osman was the second cabinet of the Government of Hurmu. It was inaugurated on 19.VII.1690. It succeeded the interim cabinet of Jan Spiik. It was succeeded by the second cabinet of Daniyal al-Osman on 20.X.1695.
Unlike Jan Spiik's cabinet, Daniyal al-Osman's did not have any positions for defence or foreign affairs, as these matters are wholly under the jurisdiction of the Senate and not the cabinet.
On 3.XIII.1694, the Cabinet saw the mass resignation of its Koos and Moderate Party members, triggering a political crisis in Hurmu that lead to early Parlerment elections in 1695. Following the elections, the cabinet was replaced by the second cabinet of Daniyal al-Osman on 20.X.1695.
