ESB Bank
ESB Bank (Euran Savings Bank) is a savings bank and a provider of professional services to partners in government and industry.
Its incorporation was announced at the ESB Board of Directors meeting on 14.I.1667. On 21.I.1677, the Board of Directors announced policy that all ESB Residency Offices were required to have an ESB Bank operating for the benefit of employees. Where there is an ESB presence, there is likely to be an ESB Bank branch.
ESB Bank is registered in Constancia and doing business worldwide. Its primary business is payroll distribution for ESB employees, but it also serves as a useful outlet for select clients to purchase shares in ESB companies as part of the employee stock plan or to participate in select investment opportunities.
It is a subsidiary of, and is administratively and operationally controlled by the ESB Directorate of Financial and Legal Services.
An Autokratorial Decree of the Autokrator of Constancia bearing date 19.IV.1679 authorized it to accept deposits or to otherwise maintain custody of funds of the Imperial State of Constancia, its Government, and its instrumentalities, with prior approval from, and subject to subsequent rules issued by the Office of the Autokrator.
