The Basileus of Constancia is the hereditary monarch and head of state of the Imperial State of Constancia. For a female title holder, the title is Basilinna. The title represents the supreme sovereign authority in the Constancian constitutional system. The current Basileus is Giakoumis II.

Official residences
The Basileus maintains several official residences:
- Astérapolis - The ceremonial capital and traditional seat of the monarchy on the island of Idolgi;
- Petropolis - Location of administrative functions and the Palace of Imperial Unity;
- Various estates within the crown lands.
Military household
The Military Household of the Basileus forms part of the Imperial Guard, providing personal protection and ceremonial functions. The household includes specialized units such as the Basileusian Private Guard, formed of the Exkoubitoi, Hikanatoi, and Optimatoi regiments.
