The Pallisican peoples are the descendants of the offspring of the indigenous Kralian people of the modern region of Passas and the settlers from Lovely who arrived in Southwestern Keltia in the 300's WG.

Today, Pallisicans can be found in most parts of Micras' Eastern hemisphere, including regions in Keltia, Corum, Eura, and other places. Pallisican culture is predominate in Southwestern and Eastern Keltia, Northern Corum, and Eastern Eura. Pallisican nations include Passas, and Passio-Corum, though other nations, such as the Maritime Markets of the Strait of Haifa and Hamland are heavily influenced by Pallisican culture. The nations of the USSO are also influenced by Pallisican culture, in particular those nations which participate on the USSO Common Market.

Notable Pallisicans of the modern era include Erlo Sinders, Duke Sinclair, Opyeme Time, King Lucien IV, Queen Evahn I, and Queen Esper I. More recent notable Pallisicans include Opyeme Amor and Kan Zen. Less famous, but still notable Pallisicans include Zibertian Kind and Bijaro the Pallisican, both of whom have long served as ambassadors for the Pallisican nation.

The primary contribution of the Pallisican people to the global community is the essay "A Sustainable Economy". Written by Opyeme Time, this essay provides an overview of what is today the largest and most developed of Micras' various economic systems. The ideas expressed in Time's essay are widely practiced in Passio-Corum, and between the nations which represent the USSO.
