Princess Rosamund Foundation
The Princess Rosamund Foundation is a charitable foundation incorporated on 2.XIV.1739 under the laws of the Imperial State of Constancia, specifically via an Autokratorial Decree. There is much speculation that this was triggered by the publication of Lesser and Lesser Constancians.
It has its head office in Asterapolis, but also has offices in Petropolis, Aqaba, and Nivardom. The Chair of the Board of Trustees is, unsurprisingly, Princess Rosamund. Her spouse, son and daughter are also, unsurprisingly, on the Board of Trustees. Day to day operations are run by an appointed Executive Director.
Operations
A marked improvement in the quality and quantity of maternal health facilities nationwide, unavailability of birth control products, and the establishment of the Princess Rosamund Foundation with emphasis on reproductive health and maternal care services, and the unusual stipend of 10,000 Staters cash outright, with a monthly stipend of 1,000 staters for next three years, for every Constancian born beginning 1.I.1740, made it somewhat notorious.
Funding
The 'share' of Princess Rosamund from the Estate of Basilinna Esmeralda is said to the be foundation of the largesse it dispenses.
