The Constancian Conclave was a series of court and state events following the death of the Basilinna Esmeralda and accession of Basileus Giakoumis II on 13.XI.1743.

The Imperial Family, composed of Basileus Giakoumis II, Basileusa Amāstris of the Suren, Prince Farrukhān, Princess Kassandra Alexandra; as well as Princess Rosamund, Autokráteira of Constancia, Prince Alexander Ayreon-Kalirion, and Princess Artemis Calliope, as well as the Mesazon and Grand Vizier of Raspur Ardashir Bābakān-e Osman, certain Imperial Senators, and most notably, Prince Javier are incommunicado until 21.XI.1743, except for certain press releases or public communications via the Imperial Constancian Government.
Prince Utas Enrique Naian, Chancellor of the Order of the Holy Lakes, is very publicly known to be in Huyenkula, Hurmu, alongside his daughter-in-law, Princess Eva, and his grandchildren, Prince Augustin and Princess Alexandra Clara.
