The Orange Free State (Taesongean: 오렌지 자유국; Afrikaans: Oranje-Vrystaat) or known as Territory of the Orange Free State (Phineaner: Wilayah Orange Free State; Taesongean: 오렌지 자유국의 영토; Afrikaans: Grondgebied Oranje-Vrystaat) is a territory of Phinbella on the southern coast of the free area of the Federation. Orange Free State has land borders with Oriental Taemhwan to the east, Daman and Diu and Territory of Kota Hilir to the southwest, Federal Special Capital Territory to the south and the Phinbellan Unincorporated Territory to the west and north. Tanah Rata is the territory capital city, the territorial economic center and seat of the Orange Free State territorial government. As of RP 2616, the total population of this territory is 3,482,100. Waeng River is one of the longest rivers in this territory. This territory has mountain ranges that connect this territory with Oriental Taemhwan and part of the Phinbella Unincorporated Region.
The territory began to form in the -30BPs as a territory occupied by immigrants working as farmers as well as the Phineaners community. Formerly, the territory was inhabited by Phineaners communities in the center, south and northwest, Phinbellan aborigines communities in some parts and Murut communities in the north and northeast of this territory. This territory includes the Waeng river basin itself but the southeastern region that was once occupied by the Eurphineonesian community is also incorporated into this territory. The white peasant community living in Phinbella also known as the Boers began to occupy as early as the -80BPs and this community formed the majority there.
The territory has ethnic, cultural and linguistic diversity. The main ethnic groups in this territory are Phinbellan Boers, Phineaners, Taesongeans, Armenians, Taemhwanians, Muruts, Romanshs and aborigines. The governor is the head of the territory and the Chief Minister is the head of government. The territory is divided into 10 collectivities. Phineaner and Afrikaans including Batavian are the official languages of this territory and also among the national languages of Phinbella. The main economies in this territory are tourism, mining and agriculture.
History
Geography
Orange Free State has a land area of 8,192.78 square kilometers, is one of the smallest territories in the Free area of the Federation, and is located on the Mattimeo peninsula in the Cyber-Island Chain. The territory has a coastline of 158 kilometers. Pine trees are planted along the coast because it is located in a cool climate. The Orange Free State also has extensive wetlands along the west coast of the territory. Orange Free State has a total forest cover of 528,467.9 hectares or 1,305,872.7 acres, 381,973.5 hectares are forest land and the remaining 146,494.4 hectares are forest plantations, no mangrove forests are planted here as this territory is in a climate unsuitable for mangrove cultivation. A total of 67 percent of the forest cover in Orange Free State is Phineonesian evergreen forest area with pine trees and another 33 percent is Phineonesian deciduous forest area. A total of 492,886.15 hectares of forest in the territory have been gazetted by the territorial government as forest reserves, a total of 74 forest areas have been gazetted to date.
