The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Commonspeak: Mënestrum ov Ösland Afërs), often abbreviated as MoFA, is a government agency in charge of the foreign affairs of Aerla. Its chief duties include administering diplomatic missions, negotiating treaties and agreements, and advising the National Assembly and the President on foreign policy. It is also in charge of maintaining the Aerlan delegation to multinational organizations such as the Micras Treaty Organization. It was founded in 1709 AN and is headquartered in the Ian H. Holden Building in Noursala.

The MoFA is also in charge of issuing passports and visas. It also operates the Foreign Services Academy, a satellite school of the University of Noursala used to drain diplomats.

The Ministry is headed by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, who is nominated by the President and confirmed by the National Assembly. This protocol is the same for the nomination of Ambassadors. The current Minister of Foreign Affairs is Lucas Kessler, who was nominated in 1750 AN by President Thomas Guthrie and unanimously confirmed by the National Assembly.
