The Imperial Constancian Government, officially, Her (or His) Imperial Majesty's Government, or to distinguish with other monarchical governments, Her (or His) Imperial Constancian Majesty's Government, frequently abbreviated as HIMG or HICMG, is the elected central government of the Imperial State of Constancia. It is frequently referred to by the metonym Nirytos House, the name of the official residence of the Mesazon.

It is led by the Mesazon, principal civilian advisor to the reigning Basileus or Basilinna, and chief minister who nominates all the other ministers. Ministers of State constitutionally provide advice to the reigning Basileus or Basilinna, and are responsible for it. All Laws, Decrees, and documents of whatever kind, that relate to the affairs of the state, require the countersignature of a Minister of State.

The Ministers of State and the Delegates of the Government may, at any time, take seats and speak in the Imperial Synkletos, but shall not count for purposes of quorum, nor shall they vote unless they are elected members or Peers of the Synkletos.
