Constancian Housing Authority
The Constancian Housing Authority is a bureau of the Imperial Constancian Government under the Ministry of Housing and Resettlement.
Established in 1695, it owns and operates for-rent public housing estates and complexes, the revenue of which is utilized to maintain, improve, and construct new public housing. Public housing is divided into three categories: Housing Authority-run which is for-rent, cooperative, and rent-to-own.
The Constancian Housing Authority is also active in the housing market, and is the primary purchaser for foreclosed residential housing and residential lots from the Constancian banking and financial sector. Its charter also authorizes it, as well as its subidiary, the Constancian Housing Finance Bank, to issue bonds.
