Redouan van Lucerne is a politican of New Batavia. He is a leading member of the Islamic Revolutionary Party. He was thrice Grand Vizier of the Government-in-Exile and the first Grand Vizier after the restoration of the Third Republic and the Fourth Republic.
He was instrumental in the Restoration of the Republic. His cabinet later stressed good relations with other nations and signed several friendship treaties.
On January 31, 2022 he was awarded the title of Officer in the Order of As-Saif for his part in the peaceful transition towards the independence of Kurum Ash-Sharqia.
