Kaiser Raynor I is the legendary founder of the Imperial Republic of Shireroth, from which he was the first kaiser. While most historians agree that Raynor began as a warlord of relatively low birth, his actions led to the creation of a strong feudal state. His adventures were probably exaggerated over the centuries. Raynor also became an integral part of local folklore, religious myths and a foundational figure in the Empire's national history.
Its important role in historical and mythical events led to the Mango Throne itself being elevated to an almost lofty and sacred position.
