Qualification for the 2013 Benacia Cup will decided by WMFA's groups in the 2013 FMF World Cup qualification rounds. The group winners and the best runner-up will advance to the tournament. Tellia will be given an automatic place in the competition, as defending champions, as well as the host nation, Zeeburg.
