Faisal van Looveren was twice Grand Vizier of the government-in-exile of the Islamic Internet Republic.
He had different views on the restoration of the IIR to Micras than most members of the leading IRP. After the restoration he was the leader of the opposition and founded the South Corum Independence Party. After the independence of Kurum Ash-Sharqia he became its first Grand Vizier.
