Shelm (Hurmu Norse and Lakkvian: Silma; Hurmumol: Sselm; Crandish: Skelm) is one of the Holy Lakes of Hurmu.

Its name is derived from the Hurmumol root sselm referring to "stillness", "lull", or "calm", often in a nautical sense.
