José Emmanuel Thorgils Kerularios, born 1681, son of Maximinus Kerularios and Katja Magda Thorgilsdottir. Triple-national of Constancia,Nouvelle Alexandrie and the Order of the Holy Lakes, the first two since birth and the last one since 1689 (the re-establishment of Hurmu.

Younger brother-twin to Athanasia Katja Kerularios. Stepbrother to Jacqueline Kerularios.

Married to Ārāmāyā Vahīdī during the 1733 mass wedding at Teldrin.

Appointed resident to ESB Parap in 1721 on the occasion of his 40th birthday, and when their existence to the world was revealed after internal corporate reporting restrictions were lifted. Ended assignment at close of 1724, when he was appointed to the office of the Director of Keltian Operations, his mother.

In 1725, appointed President and CEO of Kamator Corporation and placed on its Board of Directors.

Divorced Ārāmāyā Vahīdī in 1739, made legal in Constancia via Autokratorial Decree. No children.

Proposed to, and married, Madani Avon-El in 1741.
