The Federal Special Capital Territory (Phineaner: Wilayah Khusus Ibu Kota Persekutuan; Taesongean: 연방특별수도영토; RR: Yeonbang Teukbyeol Sudo-yeongto; FSCT), or officially the Federal Special Capital Territory of the City of the Kingdom of Clouds and New Territories (Phineaner: Wilayah Khusus Ibu Kota Persekutuan Negara Awan dan New Territories), is a directly administered territory or federal territory of the Federal Republic of Phinbella. It is an island region where the new capital, Negara Awan is located in this territory replacing Bandar Baru Fatin, it also contains the surrounding cities.
