The 2012–13 AEFA Champions' League Qualifiers was the qualifying competition for the 2012–13 AEFA Champions' League in Gerenia.

Background

When the FMF announced that the second edition of the AEFA Champions' League was going to start in October, the first season of the Gerenian League 1 had already begun. Without a system to decide which Gerenian clubs were going to take part in the Champions' League, and as four teams that failed to join the League 1 claimed for an opportunity, the Gerenian Football Association (SZŽ) decided to create a qualifying tournament.

Teams

The six clubs that founded the Gerenian League 1 and other four that were granted SZŽ membership once the League 1 season had begun were able to compete.

Group Stage

The ten competing teams were divided into two groups of five, with the two best advancing to the semi-finals. The group stage was conducted under the round-robin system, where each team played their rivals once at neutral venues.
