Hosts
The Florian Republic was initially announced as the hosts of the competition, however, due to the War of Lost Brothers, the hosting rights were stripped, and bidding re-opened. It was then announced that Senya would later be awarded hosting rights after a successful bid.

The draw for the group stage will be made once qualifying is completed. The top 4 seeds for the competition will be drawn into Groups A and B, with the hosts automatically being given the first seeded spot in Group A. The remaining 8 unseeded teams will be drawn into the other slots, starting with two teams into Group C, then in alphabetical order of groups, starting with Group A.
