The 2023 Southeast Eura Football Federation Championship (officially SEEFF Waxhai Motors Cup 2023 due to sponsorship reasons) is the inaugural version of the championship. The championship will be hosted in Daau for the first time ever.

Entrants

There was no qualification, and all entrants advanced to the final tournament. The following 4 teams from member associations of the SEE Football Federation but Zyrkistan entered the tournament. Davinson Islands were invited for the maiden edition due to the lack of teams.
