In the dying seconds of the first half, New Calbion international [[Kevin Lau]] hit the crossbar after a brilliant volley. The start of the second half was dull until the 77th minute when [[François Bousquet]] scored a fantastic free kick from just outside the penalty area. [[Ostville Wednesday]] scored the equalizer 7 minutes from time as poor defending from United allowed [[Brandon Gray]] to create space and fire the ball into the top right corner. The first half of extra time was tense with both teams trying to cancel each other out.
