On the 8th August 2018, Wheeler signed for Florian Premier League champions, Northcliff United for Cr 7 million. However, opportunities were limited for the midfielder and he decided to join Birgesh side, Öturma FK on a loan deal.

Westlake Albion
After winning two AEFA Champions' Leagues and two domestic doubles. Wheeler signed for Westlake Albion for a club record of Cr 8.5 million. After signing he was designated as club captain. After stunning displays in the first half of the season, Wheeler's form dipped massively leading to Wheeler being branded as a flop.
