The Mercury legislative elections of 2020 will be held in December 2020 to elect members of Parliament for Mercury's new states, and members of the first Mercurian Senate. Voting will take place in all states and territories.
Overview
A total of 50 seats are to be contested in the Senate elections, and 170 seats in the parliamentary elections.

Nationwide parties
- National Democratic Party – led by new leader Nick Perry. The National Democratic Party were formed following a merger between the National Party and the Livingston Democrats and are currently the largest party in Parliament, with 142 seats.
- Mercurian Labour Party – led by Caroline Griffiths. Labour are currently in coalition with the National Democratic Party following the 2019 election. The party have joined forces with the People's Front and will run on a combined ticket for this election.
- Conservative Party – led by Melissa Barnes, officially the opposition party in Parliament. A number of regional parties have affiliated with the Conservatives for this election, with the party expected to take seats in the Franklin Islands, Lusa and Qavaqaqqaqqaniitqeqertaq.
