Television content rating system in Phinbella

Phinbellan television content rating system was first adopted in RP 2600, provided by the Phinbellan Content Classification and Censorship Board, which was established under the control of the Phinbellan Ministry of Home Affairs, pursuant to Act 197 (Content Classification and Censorship Act) RP 2600 by Provisional Assembly (now the Federal Legislative Assembly). The system started with five classifications namely General Viewing, 4, 12, 14 and 18 years and above. In RP 2600, all domestic and foreign programs (such as cartoons, anime, TaeDrama and so on) required a rating system. In RP 2607, classifications for all children (KK) and parental guidelines (PG) were introduced. In RP 2612, the system was further updated with adult content classifications and classifications reserved for audiences in the Negara Awan, Territory of Flower, Phinbellan Unincorporated Territory (including Tampines), Phinbellan Maritime Territories and two dependent territories were introduced, that is, by adding the MA14+, AV, 14R, 14SX, 18R and 18SX classifications. This content ratings was aired on up-next program announcements bumper (during commercials after program ends and before the next program started) and program bumpers during commercial break, it only happened on KBS 1TV, KBS 2TV, TDPP, TPI, local broadcasters, as well as commercial broadcasters like NNN, SCB and MegaTXBN (KBS 2TV and the SBS television network did not show the bumper before starting the program). KBS 2TV and several commercial broadcasters aired this ratings after an intro commercial to starting its program. This rating icon displayed may be transparent, and may be placed in the upper left corner (below or to the right of the screen bugs) or the upper right corner of the screen, unless SBS displays it in the lower left corner of the screen. This rating icon aired for thirty seconds and replayed after ten minutes, and when the program resumed after a commercial break, it typically occurred on KBS, NNN, SCB and MegaTXBN as well as local public broadcasters and most local commercial broadcasters, and some aired and can be seen throughout the program on SBS and several other local commercial broadcasters.

This KK-rated content must air from 8 a.m. to 12 noon and from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. on weekdays or from 7:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. on weekends (except KBS 1TV) including Fridays. The KK-rated program aired for 30 minutes including a 4-minute ad break but did not carry support for commercial products.
	Prasekolah	Preschoolers	Programs that are considered specifically to meet the educational needs and interests of preschool children who have not started school (i.e. aged four to six years). 4-rated content must be posted from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on weekdays. The 4-rated program is broadcast without any ads.
	Tontonan Umum	General Viewing	General exhibition, suitable for all ages (parody known as all camels and snakes). This content is mild in impact. This content can be shown at any time of the day. All local broadcast stations air this rating reminder before starting the program in writing: Program ini sesuai ditonton oleh semua unta dan ular (The program is suitable for all camels and snakes to watch)
	Bimbingan Ibu Bapa	Parental Guidance	Parental guidance is recommended for younger audiences. This content is mild in impact; elements in the program may require parental supervision for young children. This PG-rated content can be posted anytime throughout the day. Such content may be of action genre, science fiction, anime or tokusatsu, or genres that require parental guidance ratings.
	Remaja 12 tahun ke atas	Teenagers (12 and older)	Recommended for viewing by audiences 12 years old and older, ie teenagers. This content is modest in impact. This content has a mature perspective, likely to have elements of horror, some fantasy violence, some sexual content, little use of strong language, mild blood, and/or mild suggestions. It is considered inappropriate for children. This content airs between 9pm and 5am daily, with additions between 1pm and 4pm on school days.
	Diiringi Matang	Mature Accompanied	This content is not suitable for viewers under the age of 14. This content is strong in impact. This content has an element of romance among teenagers of this age, usually it has an element of mild violence or a little strong violence, a lot of sexual content, main blood or gore, and/or a suggested theme, chances are those elements are strong and the audience is advised below 14 years old for not watching this program. MA14+ programming can only be broadcast between 10pm and 5am on certain days. User advice is mandatory.
	Diiringi Matang (Keganasan Dewasa)	Mature Accompanied (Adult Violence)	This content is the same as MA14+, which is not suitable for viewers under the age of 14. The violence in the program is strong in impact. "AV" means "adult violence". This category is used specifically for violent programming. Violence in the program is such as excessive alcohol consumption (can cause people around to become victims), fights between groups or in households, murder either suicide or the murder of others and the use of excessive abusive language. AV content can carry advisory warnings for “frequent violence” or “intense violence”. AV content can only be broadcast between 11pm and 5am on designated days. User advice is mandatory.
	Terhad 14R	Restricted 14R	This content is not suitable for audiences under 14; it is limited to teenagers 14 years and above through terrestrial, BS or CS satellite and cable services. This content is likely in the form of an anime or telenovela having features prolonged scenes of intense violence (usually these scenes occur in high school), sexual situations among teenagers and users of outrageous abusive language. This content airs from midnight until 5 a.m on terrestrial (from 4 p.m. until 5 a.m. on BS, CS and cable television services). User advice is mandatory.
	Terhad 14SX	Restricted 14SX	This content can be broadcast on terrestrial television, BS or CS satellite and cable services, but is not suitable for children under the age of 14, and this content is less pornographic in nature, usually it has a romance scene. Content with this rating is content in the form of anime and telenovela (either locally made or made in Greater Sangun) in the genres of yaoi, bara, yuri, doujinshi, shotacon and futanari; male pregnancy scenes are also in the content. This content is usually aired on several television stations in Gangwol-speaking region (Negara Awan and New Territories, Territory of Flower, Phinbellan Unincorporated Territory and Phinbellan Maritime Territories) and in two Phinbellan dependent territories. This content airs from midnight to 5 a.m. User advice is mandatory
	Terhad 18R	Restricted 18R	This content is not suitable for audiences under 18; it is restricted to adults through BS or CS satellite broadcasting services, access to the program will be locked by a personal password. This content has prolonged scenes of intense violence (such as harassment, mat rempit, gangsters, etc.), sexual situations and excessive abusive language users, it includes with strong and excessive drug use. This content airs during the day until early in the morning on BS, CS and cable television services.
	Terhad 18SX	Restricted 18SX	This content contains a lot of pornographic material, and it is not suitable for viewers under the age of 18. It can only broadcast on satellite and cable services and airs from midnight to 5 a.m. daily. No one under the age of 18 rents, buys, owns, displays and views the program through pay satellite television services. The exhibition or sale of such a program or film to an audience under the age of 18 is a criminal offense which carries a fine of ðƒ4,800.
	Dikecualikan	Exempt	Excluded from classification. Only very specific types of materials may be excluded from classification and materials that must not contain anything beyond the constraints of PG classification. These ratings include news and current affairs, knowledge-based game shows, lifestyle shows, educational videos, specific documentaries, sports broadcasts (excluding violent sports) and other programs recognized by the Phinbellan Communications and Multimedia Standards Commission. Many of the complaints have been handled before, however it is about LIVE broadcasting. Disclaimers and rating icons are not required.
