Sayri Amaru Huamán (born 9.VI.1714 AN) is a New Alexandrian career diplomat who has served as the Special Diplomatic Envoy of Nouvelle Alexandrie to the Concord Alliance Treaty Organization since 1758 AN. Born in Parap in the Wechua Nation, he studied international relations at the University of Punta Santiago before completing the foreign-service course at the Institut Diplomatique de Punta Santiago. He entered the Department of State in 1738 AN, served as a junior officer in the New Alexandrian mission to Natopia, and from 1749 AN sat on the Federation's delegation to the Raspur Pact at Lausanne, where he specialized in alliance and multilateral affairs. In 1758 AN the Council of State appointed him envoy to the Concord Alliance, and he took up residence at Concord House in Lindström, its principal seat. There he represents Nouvelle Alexandrie in the alliance's standing bodies, where the Federation holds the office of Deputy Secretary-General and the founding seat it inherited from Oportia on that region's integration in 1755 AN.
