The state elections in Phinbella in 1763 AN were held in three territories or states of Manchūhōria, Kōkai and Nod-Krai, all three states were understood to hold state elections if they dissolved their respective state legislatures. Nod-Krai was the territory that would hold regional elections for the first time. Kōkai holds state elections once a year, the last time being in 1751.
