The Kumonosu (Sanpogo: クモの巣) is a transnational criminal organisation, originally from Sanpantul. It was formed after the Sanpo-Çakar War, out of dissatisfaction with the outcome of that war and opposition to the Red Queen. The organisation's name, Kumonosu, comes from Sanpogo and means "spider's web". A reference to the Spider Fleet, which was created in the military exercise "Eastern Horizon", but turned out to be an underground movement that managed to turn the exercise into a real war.
The organisation's beginnings lie in the Sanpo quarter in Agra and their connections with the Spider forces. This led to a network of criminal acts. The organisation is said to control drug trafficking from Beneluccas and Sri Pashana to Apollonian Çakaristan.
