Les Calvados
Les Calvados is a criminal organization based in Normandie. While the organization is present in all of Normandy's metropolitan areas, its headquarters are in Quimper. Les Calvados is generally known for extortion, arson, illegal drug trafficking, and, most notably, fuel theft. Because Normandy is a cold place, fossil fuels are in high demand for much of the year, making them the main source of income for Les Calvados. The known leader of Les Calvados is xxxxx. Les Calvados are typically identified by their Latin cross and black masks.
Les Calvados is considered the largest criminal organization in Quimper, and their main rivals are xxxxxx and xxxxxx. While Les Calvados dominates the slum-style settlements, xxxxx is the main residential neighborhood. Although xxxxx is a typical mixed Normandic neighborhood, the gang also includes people of Norman, Kernevon and Austrmarker descent. Les Calvados generally targeted poor people migrating from city to city, viewing them as a veritable source of money. Furthermore, prostitution was rampant in neighborhoods frequented by typical Normandic street gangs like Les Calvados.
Les Calvados' most notorious acts included the assassination of the son of the Viscount of Quimper in 1749 AN and the assassination of the Baron of Beaufleur in 1752 AN. By the mid-1750s, Les Calvados had gained considerable power and dominance over their rivals. However, they attracted the attention of professional mafias internationally, particularly Kumonosu. With Kumonosu beginning to establish dominance throughout Quimper, Les Calvados lost its former power.
