Jules Sebastian de la Rochelle is the estranged older brother of Princess Emilia Antoinette of the Confoederatio Aemilia. When his sister started to advocate for an independent Taktwinkel in 1723, Jules joined her opponents and ridiculed her by calling her a little brat that wasted all her money on makeup.
