ESB Foundation
Euran Social Benefit Foundation (ESB Foundation) is a charity and private development organization that is the corporate social responsibility arm of the ESB Group, with a primary focus on Euran social welfare and development concerns. It is administratively subordinate to the Directorate of Financial and Legal Services. It was incorporated on 15.XII.1676 under the laws of the Imperial State of Constancia, and domiciled in Aqaba. A resolution of the Board of Directors of the Honorable Company on 17.IX.1687 ensured that ESB Foundation has offices in all continents, and commands Directorates and Residencies to ensure adequate office space and logistical and staff support for the Foundation.
Since 1687, it has managed the Special (Goldshire) Fund in accordance with Article the Fifth of the original Memorandum of Association of the Company as a corporation registered and operating in Goldshire. Katja Magda Thorgilsdottir has been Administrator of the Special (Goldshire) Fund since its inception.
Since 1697, the Special (Goldshire) Fund has assisted in defraying expenses related to housing, feeding, and educating refugees within the borders of the Kingdom of Ransenar in light of the Scouring.
