Constancia–Order of the Holy Lakes relations
Relations between the Order of the Holy Lakes and the Imperial State of Constancia were formally established in 1689 when Constancia recognised the Hurmu Trust Territory as sovereign. The relations are are characterized by warmth and mutual cooperation. Constancia has been instrumental in supporting Hurmu's independence, notably through substantial funding provided by the Allied Reconstruction Mission in Hurmu. This mission, initiated by the Raspur Pact, played a pivotal role in rebuilding Hurmu's infrastructure and governance structures following the collapse of the Vanic government.
The collaboration between the two nations extends beyond reconstruction efforts. Constancia continues to be a significant investor in the Hurmu economy, fostering economic growth and stability. The two countries share both land and maritime borders, facilitating trade and movement. Their economic relations are further strengthened by their participation in the Hurmu–Raspur Pact Free Trade Agreement, promoting free trade and economic integration between them. There is also a state of free movement of people, goods and services between the two countries in place since the early 1690s.
