Arthur Delfinenstrand is a scholar of early Ludwiggian literature, he is the author of 17 books and 112 scholarly articles. He is a Lektor at the University of Taktwinkel. Arthur Delfinenstrand is the adopted child of Alexia Delfinenstrand and Earnest Godström, who was known as the Only Natopian in town in Sankt Ludwigshafen in the late 1680's and early 1690's. Besides his academic work at the University of Taktwinkel, Arthur Delfinenstrand was also a member of the Aemilian Corps Diplomatique and sometimes represented the Aemilian Federation abroad, such as in 1742 AN when he was present at the inauguration of Marcel Vermeuil. Since 1752 he is a part-time political advisor to Hedy von Rossmarkt, chairwoman of the Sozialprogressive Einheitspartei des Lanzerwalds.
Arthur was married to politician Hans Schafenweide, until Hans' death in 1734.
