Alexia Delfinenstrand was a human rights activist in Sankt Ludwigshafen and the Lanzerwald. She was born in the ruins of Beth Sanaar, a former city of Matbaa, but then part of the Green as Alexander Yohannan. Alexaia changed her name when the region became colonised by refugees from Walstadt, to better fit in with the new society that was developing. She named herself after the Lordship of Delfinenstrand in Whales. With her love for colourful fashion Alexia did not quite fit in as much as she had hoped but she endured thanks to her friendship with Earnest Godström, who also did not quite fit in into Ludwiggian society as the Only Natopian in town. Together they adopted a young orphan, Arthur Delfinenstrand.
