Louisville is a city in the jurisdiction of Sankt Rosa in the Confoederatio Aemilia that was founded by the Republic Sankt Ludwigshafen. A small city now, the city was at one point the second in Sankt Ludwigshafen by population number, behind Stadt Sankt Ludwigshafen.The settlement was founded in the year 1685 and it was recognised by the Third Republic in 1696. Most inhabitants of Louisville speak Alexandrian, which is the official language of the city council, and belong to the Louisian people.
