Alejandro Gonzalez, Baron of Palensteyn, was a politician in the Netherlands and Batavia.

In the Virtual United Provinces he represented the province of Ghent in the upper house. He was also the province's last Eskee. In the Republic of the Netherlands he held the offices of Prime Minister and later also President. He was an MP for several years.

In Batavia he was known as the Baron of Palensteyn and held the office of Prime Minister for the Conservative Monarchist Party.
