The 1st session of the Legislature of Klaasiya began on 20 Sonnuber 1693 AN and ended on 5 Blumuar 1699 AN. The Assembly members were elected during the 1693 National Assembly election held across Klaasiya. Prior to the opening of the first session, the Free Juice and Bagels Party and the Democratic Party announced a coalition agreement, giving them majority control of the National Assembly with 68 out of 100 seats. For the reminder of the session, the main opposition became the Nationalist & Humanist Party with 19 assemblypeople in the lower chamber. The session coincided with the 50th of Tinker Sprocket's speakership of the Natopian Frenzy. The major piece of legislation passed by the Legislature during the 1st session was the Klaasoft Funding and Prosperity Act. At its sixth meeting, the session was dissolved by President Geroika Sunoak in time for the 2nd National Assembly of Klaasiya elections later in the year.

24 Regnuary 1699 - Sixth (dissolution) meeting
On 24 Regnuary 1699, five years and 10 months after its first election and inaugural meeting, the National Assembly was dissolved in a ceremony led by President Geroika Sunoak. In a speech delivered on the floor of the Assembly, the President commended members for "setting an example in history as the inaugural members of the most democratic institution that Klaasiya has seen in its history". The Assembly's first Chair Glen Penhela received praise from across the assemblymen and women for his courtious leadership. As per the Constitution, the Assembly was officially dissolved on 5 Blumuar 1699.
