1724-1728 Sathrati skirmishes

The Sathrati skirmishes were a series of low intensity conflicts between the Ministry of Military Affairs and the Council of Sathrati regarding the attempts of the former to establish the "Department of MASS" as an operational grouping of the Imperial Forces based at Arg-e Isabella in Draconia. In this the Imperial Forces were opposed by the Jaysh al-Sathrati, Humanist Vanguard Divisions mobilised during the 1723 Sathrati grand muster, and the remnants of General Inspectorate of Benacia Command active in the islands following Operation Jagdbeute. The skirmishes occurred in parallel to and overlapped with the regency crisis of 1727. The conflict remained limited and frictional as the Jaysh did not seek to conduct operations outside of the islands of Amity, Mirioth, Yardistan, and Zy-Rodun.
