The Nordzibola national football team is the football team which currently represents the Jingdaoese protectorate of Nordzibola, and previously represented the Batavian protectorate of the same name. It is a member of the WMFA and is the official successor of Zeeburg, and as such retains its records.

History

The team was founded in mid-2014 after the foundation of Nordzibola as the successor state to the Jingdaoese protectorate of Zeeburg, formerly a protectorate of Batavia and an independent nation. Whilst representing Zeeburg as a Batavian protectorate in 2012, the team organised and competed in the inaugural Zeeburg Tournaments, finishing fourth, and competed in the first Senyan School International Tournament, which they won.

The next year, after Zeeburg became independent, the team finished fourth in the second Four Nations Internationals, before being annexed by Jingdao. After Zeeburg successfully bid to host the 2013 Benacia Cup, the team finished bottom of their first qualifying group. Zeeburg once again became a protectorate of Batavia prior to the Benacia Cup, where the team lost all four of their matches.

Zeeburg was annexed by Jingdao in early 2014 once more, finishing bottom of their qualifying group before being succeeded by Nordzibola later in the year. Soon afterwards, Nordzibola was annexed by Batavia after Jingdao was declared dead.

In their first qualifiers as Nordzibola, the team finished third in their four-team group with six points to their name. Later in the year, following Batavia's death, Nordzibola was annexed once more by a restored Jingdao.
