The International Mandate national football team is the football team which represents the micronation of the International Mandate. It is a member of the AEFA.
History
The team was founded in mid-2020 after the International Mandate successfully claimed on Micras by gaining independence from Leylstadt. They first competed in the 2021 FMF World Cup qualification rounds, finishing bottom of their five-team group after losing all of their matches; a record that invited them to the 2021 Emerging Nations Cup. In the Emerging Nations Cup, they overcame hosts Hazarese Taka'atui in the quarter-finals before losing their semi-final, but beat Plazas de Irian 2–0 to finish in third place.
In the following year's Copa Apollonia qualifiers, the team finished fourth in their five-team group with three points, ahead of Port Balaine by virtue of goal difference.
